We are living in one of the most uncertain times of our lives! Instead of letting the Media and world wide news raise our anxiety and fears, join me every second Tuesday of the month to make a change. This change is in a collective consciousness which starts with you!

Shab is offering Mindfulness meditations and Breath work to help you raise your vibrations. All levels are welcome.

If joining us at Bamboo Garden Wellness Center, please bring a yoga mat to sit on.
