Nature Spirits
Nature spirits are part of the connectedness of all things but from a realm beyond the measure of space and time, and yet a unique kingdom that many ancient cultures knew and interacted with as a matter of daily life.
There are 5 kingdoms on our beloved planet: mineral, plant, animal, deva, and human. The Deva Kingdom is the realm of the spirits of the air, the spirit of the mountain, the spirit of the wind, the spirit of the water, and so forth. Spiritual teachers are deeply aware and interconnected with this realm and can work with this realm to affect changes in weather and in the interactions of those spirits with human beings.
A part of this the deva kingdom that most people are familiar with at least in by name are fairies, elves, gnomes, Pixies, fairies, brownies, sprites, leprechauns, alexus (Mayan culture nature spirits “Ah-loo-shush”) and so forth. All of these beings are real, and I have interacted with them many times as well.
I have taught courses on nature spirits along with experiential exercises to develop the intuitive faculties so that the awareness of these beings becomes clear and present.
As a part of my work as an energy medicine practitioner it is important that I am aware of these beings and how they are also interacting with the people who come to me for healing and counseling. Although most people only think of these beings as fanciful and part of mythology, being aware of the reality of their being helps one to become even more nested in the natural rhythm of all nature and how all things work together.
There are many ways to develop one's awareness of something that already exists but part of that is to go to a qualified integral health practitioner who does embrace the reality of body mind and spirit to the point where they themselves have increased their spiritual awareness of these existences. This is super important that the practitioner themselves have increased their spiritual awareness so that they can then imbue and facilitate the quality of this awareness to the people that come to them for various reasons.
To develop your own awareness is to maintain some form of spiritual practice that continue the awakening of the chakras such that as your chakras become stimulated, and you start to see things more as they are than as they may appear to be. Fanciful images and notions of fairies become clear and observable from phenomena to the awakened mind.
Your integral health practitioner will help you balance mind, body and spirit so that you can truly feel this beautiful natural flow and rhythm to all things and nest yourself within that rhythm so that you are calm and centered. Can you imagine what that would feel like?
As I said earlier, these five kingdoms exist and ancient cultures were very aware of them. That awareness was (and is in many indigenous cultures today) a part of their civilization's growth and understanding of the cosmos and the rhythms and cycles of consciousness. Today, we are now understanding the real depth of why these civilizations embraced nature in the way they did and it was more than just doing rituals or ceremony. It was accessing the true inner heart, the true soul of our being and externalizing it to our everyday waking consciousness in all we think and do, weaving the threads of our being into the beautiful tapestry, seamlessly, to all creation.
