For over a decade, I have been teaching Human Sexuality courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels, while concurrently facilitating healthy sexuality for my clients in my private practice.
I am the Co-Founder of Bamboo Garden Wellness Center and I also serve as lead faculty at the California Institute for Human Science Graduate School and Research Center in Encinitas, California. My research here focuses on gender studies, human sexuality, and sexual healing.
Sometimes during a session, I will intuitively feel or think something that may be useful to explore. At such times, I share my insights and we discuss how and why this might be relevant to you on your healing journey. I encourage my clients to access their own intuitive inner guidance, as these insights are usually highly valuable in the healing process.
I also create and present workshops on human sexuality, sexual healing, and sacred sexuality for public and private organizations and academic conferences. I love being a sex educator and helping people to achieve happy, healthy sexuality.

I have been studying and practicing spiritual counseling for over 30 years with clients worldwide. I invented a form of energy medicine called Integrative Chakra Therapy® (ICT). I use it extensively in my practice and have been teaching ICT through my Light News Institute school of energy medicine/energy psychology for over 22 years and have over 500 students and graduate practitioners.
I’ve been teaching psychology of the chakras, toward a super consciousness, past lives karma and reincarnation for many years as lead faculty at the California Institute for Human Science (CIHS) Graduate School and Research Center in Encinitas, California www.cihs.edu and am Chair of the Board of Trustees.
Healing at the level of the Chakras (affects the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual archetypes of the Whole Human Being) is the most powerful form of healing that I know. Distance is no factor, as I’ve clients worldwide and have been most interesting in the Self-empowerment and spiritual awakening of the individual. Along with spiritual counseling, ICT facilitates physical healing and inner growth.
I’m the author of books on chakra psychology, a meditation CD, and have had my own radio show “Light News Radio” for many years.
Many workshops are created and held online and in-person, including flower readings, past lives karma and reincarnation, the Mayan Calendar, nature spirits, and more. Bamboo Garden Wellness Center is a place of education as well as a nurturing oasis of healing.
My wife Michelle and I are co-founders of the Bamboo Garden Wellness Center in Encinitas, California, a holistic integrative multi-discipline center based in body-mind-spirit.

Hello, I am Manjul. I am a dedicated Ayurvedic Health Counselor accredited by the National Ayurvedic Medical Association (NAMA) and a Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) recognized by the Yoga Alliance. My journey into holistic wellness field began in 2010 when I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis. At that time, I was juggling a full-time tech job and raising two school going children. Determined to find natural ways to heal and improve my health, I discovered the power of Ayurvedic lifestyle practices and the transformative effects of regular yoga practices.
My personal experience with rheumatoid arthritis served as a catalyst for my career in holistic wellness.
