‍ We all experience moments when we simply know something—before we can explain why we know it. Yet how do we distinguish genuine intuition from an emotional response, wishful thinking, imagination, or simply the activity of the mind?

‍ ‍How do you know when you know?

‍ ‍In this intimate, experiential workshop, Dr. J will explore the nature of intuition and how we can become more conscious of this deeper way of perceiving ourselves and the world around us.

‍ ‍Drawing upon more than three decades of work with consciousness, the human energy system, and the chakras, Dr. J will explore how intuitive information may be experienced differently by each of us. For one person, it may arise as a physical sensation; for another, as a feeling, an image, an inner voice, or an immediate sense of knowing.

‍ ‍Through discussion, guided meditation, and experiential exercises, participants will have the opportunity not simply to learn about intuition, but to experience and begin recognizing their own intuitive process.

‍ ‍The purpose is not to tell you what to believe or to make you dependent upon someone else's perceptions. It is to help you develop greater awareness, discernment, and trust in your own ability to perceive.

‍ ‍Intuition is ultimately not about predicting the future.

‍ ‍It is about developing a deeper relationship with your own consciousness—and learning to trust what you perceive.
